Regulators are used to ensure you receive the required flow of calibration gas for your application. Based on the cost-efficient design of its diffusion based gas detectors, MSA is able to use 0,25 lpm regulators. This save users’ money by delivering calibration test gas at a low rate of 0,25 lpm versus 0,50 lpm which is the market standard.

For pumped instruments, the easy to use Gas Miser Demand Regulator is recommended which delivers the required gas flow rate automatically

Features & Benefits

  • Gas Miser™ Demand Regulator:
    no need to manually  open or close a valve  for accurate calibration once attached to the calibration cylinder. The Gas Miser Regulator is designed for use with pumped instruments and supplies the exact gas flow for the instrument pump. No ON/OFF valve is necessary because the regulator automatically turns itself off when not in use, simplifying the test and calibration process and saving calibration gas
  • Calibration Tubing:
    polyurethane tubing for use with calibration equipment
  • 0.25 lpm Fixed Flow Regulators:
    Fixed flow design provides constant and accurate flow to the gas detector
